YGARDENING Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the YGARDENING online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms and conditions outlined below. YGARDENING is a professional small furniture online retailer dedicated to providing high-quality home furniture products and reliable shipping services for customers across the United States.

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, YGARDENING only provides shipping services for all domestic regions of the United States, including contiguous United States states. We do not support international shipping, shipping to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas military bases temporarily. All furniture shipments are delivered via reliable professional logistics carriers to ensure the safety and integrity of your furniture items during transit.

2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Time

We offer two official shipping options for customers to choose from during checkout, with fixed shipping fees and standard delivery timeframes as follows. The delivery time refers to the transit time after your order is processed and shipped out, excluding order processing time.

2.1 Standard Shipping

Shipping Fee: €6 (flat rate for all eligible US orders)
Delivery Time: 12 - 18 business days
Free Shipping Eligibility: All orders with a total purchase amount of €20 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The free standard shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout, no coupon code required.

2.2 Priority Shipping

Shipping Fee: €16 (flat rate for all eligible US orders)
Delivery Time: 5 - 10 business days
Priority shipping supports faster transit and priority processing, suitable for customers who need to receive furniture items urgently. This shipping method is not eligible for free shipping discounts regardless of order amount.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, US statutory holidays will be processed on the next working day. Furniture items will be carefully packaged, inspected and shipped strictly before delivery to avoid damage, missing parts or other problems during transportation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped successfully, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address. You can check the real-time logistics status and delivery progress of your package at any time. If you cannot receive the tracking information or the tracking update is abnormal, please contact our customer service team in time.

5. Shipping Exceptions & Delays

The estimated delivery time is for reference only. Slight delays may occur due to objective factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, logistics carrier operational adjustments, customs inspection, regional delivery peak seasons, and remote address transit delays. YGARDENING will not be liable for minor shipping delays caused by force majeure factors.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service promptly. We will verify the situation and provide solutions such as re-delivery, partial refund or full refund according to the actual situation.

6. Address Modification Rules

Customers can modify the shipping address for free before the order is shipped. Once the order enters the logistics transit process, address modification is not supported. Please confirm your accurate and complete shipping address (including zip code, detailed street address, and contact phone number) when placing an order to avoid delivery failure or package loss.
